Dr. Dasiel Pineiro is a dedicated dental professional with a passion for science and biology that has shaped his career from a young age. Born in Granma, Cuba, Dr. Pineiro graduated from the University of Havana Dental College in 2008, where he laid the foundation for his expertise in dentistry.

In 2016, he relocated to the United States, where he took on various roles in dental practices while diligently working towards re-establishing his dental license. His commitment to advancing his education led him to be accepted into the prestigious Rutgers University of Dental Medicine International Dentistry Program in 2022.

Since 2024, Dr. Pineiro has been providing exceptional dental care at Caring Dentistry of Naples, where he combines his extensive knowledge and experience to ensure the highest quality of service for his patients. Able to connect with a diverse patient base, fostering an inclusive and comfortable environment.

His journey from Cuba to the U.S. is a testament to his resilience and dedication to his profession, and he continues to strive for excellence in all aspects of his dental practice.

Dr. Thelma S. Diaz, DDS, is a general dentist with 12+ years of experience across Cuba, Ecuador, and Puerto Rico. She earned her dental degree from the University of Villa Clara, Cuba (July 2008), then completed a postgraduate specialization in dental prosthesis. After finishing the program in November 2014, she served as a Professor of Prosthesis at the University of Riobamba in Ecuador. In November 2015, Dr. Diaz moved to the United States. Following successful completion of the U.S. National Dental Boards, she entered the University of Puerto Rico’s General Practice Residency (June 2019–June 2021). In July 2021, she was awarded the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.

Dr. Diaz is dedicated to patient-centered care, clear communication, and restorative excellence.

Dr. Josmar Suarez is a dedicated dentist originally from Cuba. He is proud to be the first dentist in his family; both of his parents were teachers. From a young age, he was drawn to medicine, eventually choosing dentistry as his profession.

Dr. Suarez earned his dental degree in Havana, Cuba, in 2007, with a particular interest in maxillofacial surgery. He practiced dentistry in Cuba until 2009, when he traveled to Venezuela to provide dental services to underserved communities. In 2010, he made the life-changing decision to emigrate to the United States in search of new opportunities and personal freedom.

Upon arriving in the U.S., Dr. Suarez worked in various roles within dental clinics—including dental assistant, hygienist, and office manager. These experiences gave him valuable insight into how the American dental care system operates. Determined to continue his career as a dentist, he completed the necessary licensing exams and, in 2020, was accepted into the Internationally Trained Dentists Program at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He graduated in 2023 with his U.S. dental degree.

Since completing his studies, Dr. Suarez has pursued advanced training to provide the best possible care to his patients. He has completed a fellowship in dental implants, as well as courses in cosmetic dentistry, Botox for temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, among others. He is passionate about patient education and prevention, believing they are key to avoiding many oral and systemic health issues.

In his free time, Dr. Suarez enjoys studying, going to the beach, and cooking for friends. He is also a dog lover and shares his home with two Giant Schnauzers, Havana and Rio.
